1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Akaai ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

• You may use Akaai to create, publish, and manage blog content for personal or professional purposes.
• You may not post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• You may not use the platform to distribute spam, malware, or phishing content.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or another user's account.
• You may not scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from Akaai without written permission.
• You may not misuse the AI features to generate content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish on Akaai. By publishing content, you grant Akaai a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and serve your content to users of the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

5. AI Features & Credits

• AI credits are non-refundable once used. Credits do not expire.
• Akaai does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI output before publishing.
• AI-generated content may not always reflect current events, facts, or best practices. Always verify important information.
• We reserve the right to modify AI credit pricing, pack sizes, and available features with reasonable notice.
• Akaai is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

6. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. AI credit purchases are final and non-refundable once credits have been added to your account. If you experience a payment issue (e.g. charged but credits not added), contact us within 7 days at billing@akaai.dev and we will investigate promptly.

7. Intellectual Property

The Akaai platform, including its design, logo, codebase, and original content, is the intellectual property of Akaai and its creators. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent. The name "Akaai" and associated branding are proprietary.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Published posts may remain visible for a short period while deletion propagates.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Akaai is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Akaai and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
